Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your DocFlow paid subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep full access until then. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan and your team workspace becomes read-only.
2. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for partial months or years. We will, however, consider a pro-rated refund in the following situations:
- A material defect in the Service made it unusable for your use case and we were unable to fix it within 14 days of you reporting the issue;
- A duplicate or accidental charge;
- Where required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge in question. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
3. EU / UK consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract under Directive 2011/83/EU (and its UK equivalent). By starting to use the Service during the 14-day period, you expressly request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed (e.g., once we have processed and delivered files for you).
To withdraw, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your account email and order ID.
4. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — chargebacks initiated without prior contact are costly and may result in immediate suspension of your account while we investigate.
